Single Stage Transformer Oil Filtration Machine

Single Stage Oil Filtration Machine are available from 300LPH to 6000LPH capacity. Our Machines are proven to filter the oil to the desired range of Parameters as Per IS 6034 and as mentioned in Below Table.

*Ionic Reaction column to be added to remove the acidity of oil which is a extra feacture of Machine and do not comes in standard Models. Machine is fitted with high end instruments and Gauges to check, Temp, Pressure and vacuum at different Places inside machine for easy operation and handling.

Machine can be operated in auto mode with following Interlockings:-

Inlet Pump is Interlocked with High Level Float switch/sensor.
Inlet Pump is Interlocked with Heater Groups.
Outlet Pump is Interlocked with Low Level switch/sensor.

Following Options are available in customized Models:-

PPM Sensor :- To check Moisture Level in Out let Line.

Flow Meter :- To check the Flow rate and total quantity of oil Filtration.

BDV Test Kit :- To check the Break down voltage of oil before and after filtration.
